Cyber Security: A National Imperative

The world has witnessed an alarming number of harmful ICT practices and internationally wrongful acts through the misuse of ICTs in recent years. Over the last thirty years, we have created a unique and strategic vulnerability to society — we have allowed poorly coded, engineered, and off-the-shelf products to permeate every aspect of our connected society.
